Refund policy

Ordinary Matter has a 14 day return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your order we ask that you please fill out our return form to get the process started, please note all returns must be approved prior to shipping the item back. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been damaged or worn. Ordinary Matter will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping at this time. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded on your order.
