Ordinary Matter has a 14 day return & exchange policy. We'll gladly refund any unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase please email us at info@shopordinarymatter.com to get the return process started.

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn, altered or damaged. Ordinary Matter will not be responsible for return shipping cost at this time. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded on your order. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or eligible for store credit. Ordinary Matter reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and exchanges.

Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange an item, we ask that you place a new order and return the item you would like to exchange, this is due to inventory and order processing, we can't guarantee the item will be in stock by the time we receive your return package.

Intimates, Accessories and items marked as "Sale" are all final sale. 

 

Shipping 

We charge a flat $5 shipping and handling fee anywhere in the United States. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. All orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. Most orders will arrive in 3-5 business days if you are located in the United States. International shipping fees and timelines vary by location. 

Please note Ordinary Matter will not be responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, please verify that info twice.
