Not in love with your purchase? We’re here to help! Ordinary Matter has a 14 day return policy. We'll gladly refund any unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached. Please email us at email@example.com to get the return process started.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn, altered or damaged. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded on your order. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Ordinary Matter reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns.

We charge a flat $5 shipping and handling fee anywhere in the United States. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. All orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. Most orders will arrive in 3-5 business days if you are located in the United States. International shipping fees and timelines vary by location.
