Returns & Exchanges

Ordinary Matter offers a 14 day return policy from delivery date. We'll gladly refund any unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached. Please email us at shopordinarymatter@gmail.com to get the return process started.

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn, altered or damaged. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded on your order. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Ordinary Matter reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns.  

 

Final Sale Items

All items marked as "Sale", Intimates and Accessories are Final Sale. 

 

Shipping 

We offer a $6 flat rate shipping on all U.S orders or FREE on orders $75+, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. All orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. Ordinary Matter does not offer international shipping at this time.

Please note Ordinary Matter will not be responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, so please verify that info twice.
